Create an XP Start Disk

To create an XP Start Disk:
1. Place a blank floppy disk into your floppy drive.
2. Open My Computer.
3. Right click on the floppy drive icon.
4. Select “Format…” from the resulting menu options.
5. Tick the box that states “Create an MS-DOS Startup Disk”.
6. Select “Start”.
Windows will now creat your disk. This should only take a minute or so. Be sure to label it before putting it away.
