    Default Problem with computer rebuild

Ok, I just rebuilt my brothers old 400Mhz Gateway...I got a new motherboard, processor, hard drive, memory, graphics card, sound card, and cd writer.

    First Problem:
I cant get a signal to my new lcd monitor, I can plug the monitor in to my laptop and it will work so it isnt my monitor. and the fan is spinning on the graphics card so I know it is getting power. So I tried it on my old CRT monitor and it didnt get a signal either. So for some reason my graphics card isnt communicating with any monitor I hook up to it.

    Second Problem:
None of the trays on my cd drives will eject. I belive they are getting power because when I turn the computer on the light on my zip drive flashes, and the power cable that goes to it runs to a cd drive and then back to the power supply....so it has to have power. Also everything that is getting power from the mother board is working, like the cpu fan and the graphics card fan. I have no clue where to start on this one.

If anyone could help me out on these problems id appreciate it.

try changing the CD ROM to CABLE SELECT, that'll make it work. the jumpers are on the back.
