Default What should I set the power supply to?

I have a 450watt power supply and am building a computer with an Intel D945Gcl mobo with 1gb of ram, a 2.13 ghz intel core 2 duo cpu, a dvd rw, and a wireless pci card. Should I leave the power supply at 115v or set it higher? The mobo instructions show the voltage setting with an arrow pointing left and right. Does that mean it doesn't matter what it is set at or what?

I think im right in saying that the voltage you use depends on the country your in, over here in the uk it would be set to 240v i think , im guessing 115v is for the USA, although im not 100% sure

I just thought I might need more power and that was what the setting was for, but now I see you guys are right. THanks.
