Thread: Laptop question...

I have been given 3 old laptops.
They all have windows 98 in them.
They don't seem to have any drivers in them though?
They are all Thinkpad laptops.


Are they worth trying to restore, or would i be better off forgetting it?

If they work they are probably fine to use with windows 98, but would struggle with something like XP i imagine.. As for drivers, if you can get the laptops online you should be able to download everything you need

after looking at them again i think it is a bit too over my head...i did search (slightly) for drivers, and most of the downloads i found were not supported by windows 98 anymore!

I think i will be better off buying a more up to date second hand one!
(and i cant get it online anyway!)
