    Default Your advice please

    My PC broke down yesterday and I rang PC World who will send an engineer around a week today (2nd May). It is still under extended insurance so it should still be free, because far as I know I haven't done anything. Do you think I am right that this should be free?

    Hi,

    Im not a big fan of these extended insurance things, i would imagine your covered for hardware failures, im not sure what they would do if the problem was software related or due to something you installed or updated etc, you would have to check your terms and conditions.
