    Default ipod trouble, HELP!!!!!

I had a problem with my PC which a friend sorted for me. Most of my files were saved but my ipod stuff wasn't. Now, whenever I try and sync/put the music from the ipod back to the PC, I am only given the choices of transfering purchases from ipod or transfering from PC (nothing) to ipod. How do I transfer all my music from my ipod back to itunes on my PC. It says my ipod is synced to a library already but there's nothing on my PC. Please help

You can do this through your computer as when you plug in the ipod it shows up as a harddrive in my computer. Two problems (1) you must first disable itunes or it will sync the ipod (2) The music files on the Ipod are not in the song names they are scrambled. Apple does this to prevent (example) you plugging your Ipod into a friends computer and giving him/her a free music collection.

You are therefore better downloading a Third party Program which will easily transfer the music. PLEASE READ all information on this website before you start, It will benifit you later.
