Exclamation Sata Ii / Sata Iii ?

Hi, my hard drive says that it uses SATA III ( http://www.scan.co.uk/products/produ...oductID=614410) but my motherboard says that it has 9x SATA II (abit ab9 pro). Are they still compatibe because they are both SATA or will i have to pick a hard drive with SATA II.
Also it seems t be connected with the number of disks it holds ?!
AND my DVD drive uses SATA 150, is that still compatible
Thank you for all of your help !!!!
