Thread: Help needed please with loading disk

Can anyone please help. Trying to load an 'expansion pack' for game, but the disk drive is not finding the disk, and saying 'PLease insert disk' when disk is already in it but the original game and others do work 9although have had this problem occasionally before with dvds) any suggestions welcome! Thanks

If you bought this disk. Take it back and ask for a replacement.

If other disks work, them the drive is alright. You could try repairing the Disk (assuming it is a DVD) You can buy a CD repair kit (fairly common in computer shops)

Read the info on this website ... It is for the Xbox but all cds/dvd are the same.
