Default Problem Deleting Files/Folders With Unreadable names

I've got some folders on my hard drive that are taking up 135GB of space. I tried to delete them but windows says it can't read from the source file or disk. The file names have all been screwed up as you can see below so I'm guessing windows doesn't understand the language the filenames are written in.

Anyway, I wouldn't mind if they were just a few GB, but 135Gb is taking the mick. Any ideas on how I can delete them without having to format the disk?

Very strange I would worry that you have or have had some sort of infection on board

But if you want to uninstall them try using this
