I have a computer at home designated for work use at my home office. I've been using MojoPac Enterprise for the desktop work environment. I am very careful of what updates & programs go on this computer, because I need to have it running perfectly at all times.
Well, the other evening I ran a registry and HDD defrag using Auslogics. The next morning the MojoPac would not let me log in and gave me an error of something to do with either license expiration, or the software is not on the original computer. I assume the defrag did it - nothing else changed on the computer.
No one in the IT dept. can confirm this for me. I have posted a question in the MojoPac community forum with no response. I'm just wondering if anyone here might have some clues for me? Nothing else was done to this computer but the defragging...and that is standard computer maintenance...I can't believe I will have to refrain from defragging or else reinstall the program each time I do run a defrag?
Thanks for any ideas!
