Default Formatting Sony Micro Vault for XP

I recently purchased a USB 2.0 Sony Micro Vault with 880 Gb!!! However, I can't seem to get it formatted to either Fat32 or NTFS. Is there any way it can be formatted for Window's Fat32 or NTFS?

    Please help, someone!

etyeow. Hello. Where on earth did you get a Sony Micro Vault with 880 GB? It's a flash drive and I believe the max you can have (up to now) is around 256 GB. See; iClarified - Apple News - World's First 256 GB USB Flash Drive . That's unusual.
Microvault site seems to suggest 8GB max; Sony Global - MICROVAULT
Don't tell me you bought the drive on the 'cheap'? Sometimes auction sites are not the best places to buy such items.

Actually, I bought it in Shanghai and it had some drivers etc in Chinese. As could not read the Chinese I accidentally deleted them and now I can't get them to work. Attempts to use it tells me that the disk need to be formatted BUT properties display 880 Gb File Structure: Blank. Then it cannot be formatted.

I got caught out once on ebay (should have known better) by buying a cheap 16Gb flash drive. Well that is what it showed in properties. When I reformatted it it was only 1 Gb. Serves me right I suppose...

880GB? that's not only unbelievably large, but also an odd number for a storage device, but anyway, you say you can't format it, why is that? does it show up in my computer? if not, then it's because you deleted the drivers, which your pc needs to tell the hardware how to use your device. Can you see it in my computer? and if not, is there any way you can get the drivers back?
