Thread: Problem With Attachments

Hi,

I'm new here, so forgive me id I've put ths in the wrong place.

In my household, there are 3 people that use the PC
normally, and two of us have hotmail accounts.
However, yesterday both of us noticed that when we
opened our e-mail inbox and opened a message with an
attachment, we were unable to open the attachment.

I click on the attachment and then open/save and the
dialog box, which shows the progress of the file opening
up, appears although it appears blank and fails to open
my attachment. (I have included a print screen of the
problem below)

I am wondering if you can provide me with a solution
which will enable me to access the attachment.

Sorry, I'm still facing difficulties with them.

Both .zip and .exe files won't open.

When I click open/save, the dialog box appears but nothing happens within...
