I/we would need a bit more information about the problem.

    What OS are you using

    What Browser are you using

How do you connect to the internet

How much memory do you have.

OK a couple of things you can try.

    (1) If you have the IE7 icon on your desktop, "right" click on it and select "Start without add-ons"

This will disable any toolbar etc from running. try IE7 online now and see if the problem is still the same.

    (2) Try installing Googles Web Accelerator
    http://webaccelerator.google.com/

    (3) Click Start/Run type in sfc /scannow (Note the space between the "c" and "/" )
You may need a Windows XP CD for this. If you do not have a Windows CD (ie. you only have restore disks) try borrowing one. Try running it anyway even without the CD

SFC is Windows System File Checker ... IE is included in the System files so running this will check the system files are all right. if a system file is bad it needs the Windows CD to restore it to the original condition.

Lets hope one of these work for you.

OK .. try this uninstall IE7 .. don`t worry it should revert back to IE6

Once your back to IE6 and if it works with the websites you were having trouble with you can either leave it as it is or try a reinstall of IE7.

Personally I seldom use IE7 ... I much prefer Opera or Firefox at a push. I only need IE7 if a site runs an Active X program

OK .. click start .. Right click on my Computer and select Properties

Read down the information and tell me the Amount of Ram you have installed.

In Internet explorer 6/7 click "Tools/Internet options"

Click on "Secuity" and check the settings are at "Medium/high"

If you reinstalled IE7 again go to "tools" and turn off the Phishing Filter.

    Any better?
