Thread: I'm not able to open two particular sites in my computer. I can open all other sites.

I'm not able to open two particular sites in any of my browers (from my computer). These two sites are mylot.com and alertpay.com. But I can open these sites from any other computer. My computer is perfect with all other sites.

Have you looked at Permissions within your Firewall (if your using a software Firewall) ?

Yes it's all perfect.

Thats good, what browser are you using ? are they the same on each computer ? if you can go in to your browser Internet options "advanced" and see if your computers are setup the same ?

I tried with all browsers even Google chrome but nothing worked. Actually I can access all pages of mylot.com, only I'm not able to sign in and not able to post any questions there, and the same with alertpay.com. I mean I can access every pages as an anonymous user, but I'm not able to sign in or post any questions there with my userid in these two sites. But I can with any other computer (of my friends, public computer).

So its not your computer but the site blocking your computer, try changing your IP (if you use a router "shut down your computer first" then you can just turn off the power to the router then turn it on again, changes your sent IP) or if you would rather do it the proper way reboot your router via router software.

Try this.
Type the address in the address bar of your browser IE or FF( firefox)
Copy.
Open www.tinyurl.com
Paste and get tiny url link.
Enter tiny url address again in address bar.
If ok or not , please give feedback +ve or -ve.
Will give some clue to locate the problem.
