Thread: Factory settings.. no internet

Hi, I recently returned my laptop to factory settings, it was going SLOW, after I did it, the laptop ran fine, but now i cant seem to conect to the internet. The wireless thing on my latop shows that it is picking up a signal from my router, but wheen i open the internet browser it tells me its unavailable. Any help would be great, im completely lost

I see from your post you didn't mention running your windows wireless network set-up wizard...located in control panel classic view.

Try running it and see if it makes any difference.
