Thread: NEW here, PC probs & Super frustrated!

Hello All
My Screen name says it all. I keep having PC probs * emachine with windows xp prefers Firefox as browser *

Probs am having:

not one but two missing dll's ( could not find them online to replace them.)
* 1.) pkxldpwf.dll
* 2.) arsneumh.dll

Random IE windows popping up. (Not happeneing in firefox and I am not opening IE this does it by itself.)

Random "Freezes"

Windows One Care,(Free Trial) keeps "CLEANING" as Trojan yet it keeps returning. Also: Spybot keeps getting numerous spyware and removing them ( repeatedly.)

And finally: NOW as if not enough probs..... my keyboard! If i type "a" I get as and so on with several other letters as well. ( Edited by self to advoid mass typo confusion. )

Am unable to send PC to repair people as income in finely budgeted, must TRY to do all I can alone. ANY help would be appreaciated. Truly I am ...

The missing .dll files ... as far as I can find out, do not exist. What does the complete error message say?

You say you have an Emachine .. does that mean you just have restore disks and not the Windows XP cd ?

Certainly sound as if your computer is infected with a virus or trojen, What protection do you have running eg:

Firewall ...
Antivirus ...

How long have you been having the problems?
Have you tried "System restore"
