Thread: can't register with a-squared

i'm trying to register with a-squared security center but it won't allow me to register. i type in my name and email but i get a message about not being able to connect to license server and i should check my internet and proxy settings. what is proxy settings?

proxy settings can be used to control who you access the web from, for example schools would go through schools goverment proxy to access the web, which would have restrictions and blocks to limit certain site kids could log onto

If you are using a normal general ISP then this would not apply to you
