    Default Re: Terrible Infection (Hijackthis.log)

WoW ... normally I would write down a couple of lines that could/should be deleted, But in this instant there a lot of lines that may be bad OR may not.

Copy your Log and go to this website
    http://hjt.networktechs.com/

Paste you log into the big white box and click the "P****" Button. Now check through the results very carefully making a note of anything you think suspicious or a Program you have not knowingly installed.

Run the Hijackthis program again and tick all the boxes for the items you want repaired.

Best of luck .. andf Happy New Year

    Hi Chang.

Glad you found my reply helpful

In most forums like this, People are only too willing to share Knowlege/tips/Programs with other members. However if I was to sit and write all the tips and knowledge base that I have collected in the past 20+ years of using computers, it would be a very long entry, and people would quickly become bored trying to read it all.

That is why we all tend to wait for someone to report a problem or ask a question and then share our knowhow to cure or assist as required.

So if YOU have a certain question or want some help on a certain subject, just post it to this forum, If I can help ... I will ... or some of our other (Very) Experienced members may have even better answers than I. The end result is we All learn from the posts that are on this forum.

We are all here to share and help.
