Thread: Adware

Do people out there use adware? At work we are required to use but it is SO slow and it alwats find a ton of "objectionable items" on my computer which I delete immediately. Is there some other more updated (read here as faster...) program out there? Thanks!

I personally use AsAware SE, and Spybot S&D on my system and have found them great, i dont run the adwatch monitor but i update the definitions weekly and run a scan every week

I have found Microsoft Anti-Spyware very good for me, it runs in the background without any noticable performance problems.

i also use ADAWARE SE it is better as it has tools to stop ads getting in
