    Default control panel and hotmail email is blank

    I thought my computer was running ok.Until i tried to access hotmail emails.All i get is a blank page.The same with my control panel and the me restore panel.The only changes i think i could have done are,deleting nortons anti virus[updates were not working].Installing Zone alarm suite.And using registry mechanic.Now i cant restore me with my upgrade cd.
    Or use system restore.

    Hi,

    Firstly if you havent already i would check for spyware/adware, you can use some of the tools under "Free Tools" in the right hand column of this page, I would use Adware SE,Spybot. Install these, run updates then scan your computer.

    Once you have done that and your system is clean try installing the following:

    Hello Mike,
    Thanks for replying.I have done a Ad aware scan +zone alarm anti virus and spyware scan.Nothing has shown up.I tried to download your link.But it comes up no results found on the microsoft site.I have tried to find me uninstall in windows.But the page is blank.Yet the computer is working ok.If you could check that link again Mike.I will give it another go.

    I jumped the gun on the last message.Because i managed to download scr56en.exe.Now everything works great.I cant thank you enough.I can now get some sleep.This is a great website.I will send a donation through paypal.
