hi could u help me sort out my sound on my computer,when i used it before my sister sound was working fine know when i turn it on a pop up comes up saying install audio driver ,it also doesnt play music can u help.

It sounds like the drivers for your audio device in your computer need to be re-installed, does you computer have an make and model? this would help us identify the correct software to re-install
