Iam missin a MSDE.dll file my outllok express will not openbecause of this,can someone please help me on this Iam stumped

Thank you for your response tried that before coming to this forum and tried to open zip file but my pc wont except it. maybe Iam doing it wrong....

IAM SORRY THE DLL FILE I NEED IS MSOE.DLL, I FOUND A FIX FOR IT BY CHK MY ADDRESS BOOK IN THE CONTROL FILE BUT THEN IT ASK ME FOR A DISK OF WIN98ME WHICH I DONT HAVE WHAT TO DO??? THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME,,,PAFRIEND Just to let you know I had to uninstall win09 outlook and reinstalled it and now I have my outlook back, but lost my address book,so thinks are pretty much back to normal for mr Thanks to yah all...
