Thread: Vista Premium.problem

Cannot connect to internet using thomson 330 ADSL Modem.
vista drivers and setup installed,located in Device Manager OK.
Connects to Internet @6.7 mb but neither internet exp., or windows mail cannot connect. Any help would be appreciated.

Dont know about Vista but there are some driver updates. http://www.thomson-broadband.co.uk/c...&ProductID=471 .If you have these already any way to repair connection as in XP?

I think you need to change the server number and to do this you will have to contact ths i.s.p. who will talk you through it. I have had the same problem myself .

Sorry I took so long in replying.Ihave tried to get My Server No
but I dont know what it is.Ive never to use one before.The problem I have is I use
a wireless adaptor to connect to the internet and wanted to use my 330 adsl modem as a back up.Would changing my server No affect my wireless adaptor.

It is proberly not the server no. if you can already get on the net.
