Basically it comes down to your CPU, 64bit vista works better with 64Bit CPU's, however 64bit drivers for vista are harder to come by compared to 32bit vista, there are pro's and con's really

Oh ok. Is my processor a 64x or 32x. If 32x drivers are easier to come by, then shouldnt i go for that one ?
    thanks for your help

I think yours is a 64Bit, so vista 64 would be the best one for you , although the 32bit version has more drivers available
