Thread: **can Anybody Help Me With Vista?

I HAVE JUST PURCHASED A TOSHIBA SATELITE L30 LAPTOP WITH VISTA BASIC HOME EDITION I HAVE A CD/DVD WRITER ROM IN IT BUT I CANT OPEN ANY FILES FROM THIS ROM AM I LOOKING IN THE WRONG PLACE FOR THE DRIVE ITS NOT IN MY COMPUTER ALL I GET IS THE C:/ DRIVE CAN ANYBODY HELP I CHECKED THE DRIVERS AND THEY ARE UPTO DATE OR SO IT TELLS ME AND WHEN IM ON DEVICE MANAGEMENT THE DRIVER HAS A YELLOW TRIANGLE ON IT AND SAYS THERE IS NO SOULTIONS FOR THIS ERROR HAS ANY ONE GOT ANY IDEAS? PLEASE HELP THANKS PHIL

Try the place were you bought it or the garantee. When i bought mine from dell i got a 12 month garantee and just phoned them when i got a problem.

take if back to the shop, its not see thing CD Drive, the best thing is to take it back and get them to fix it
