Thread: Help about Vista Premium Home sound card

I just bought a new PC and tried installing it. After I'm finished, I turned it on. It's working but the computer says "RGB no input signal" or something like that. The PC works but I'm worried about this message so I looked up in the manual and I didn't understand it. After that, I tried playin some musics but i don't hear any sounds. I tried looking at the device manager but it says that my external sound card is working properly. Do I need a speaker to do so because in the package I got:
- a monitor
- a mouse and keyboard
- A CPU
- 2 CD's
- Bloody cables ( cables that you insert at the back of CPU and Monitor and 2 cables that connect to the power)

Does the signal "RGB no input signal" relevant to the problem in sound card, or I installed it improperly.

I looked almost everywhere to find answers but I didn't so I'm trying my luck here on someone who could answer my questions. Please reply ASAP

Hi,RGB no input signal is displayed when no signal from PC to LCD Monitor occurs.This is normal for a few seconds when you switch on.This display has nothing to do with no sound.You require speakers.Hope this helps.
