    Default Help Migrating from Vista Mail to Windows Live Mail

    Hi.
    Does anyone have the steps (or know where I can find them), to migrate addresses & emails from Vista Windows Mail to Windows Live Mail? Is there a way to do this automatically or even manually? Or, do I need to migrate to Outlook (ot Outlook Express) first?
