    Default Drop-down menus pop back up

    I cannot seem to keep a drop-down menu around long enough to look at it...it just pops back up....system is running Vista Home Premium 64 bit on an Intel i7 CPU....very annoying! any suggestions?

    To ensure the drop down box is displayed, ensure that IE is set to default and a that a 3rd party popup monitor is not activated.
