Unhappy web cam problems
Hi I am having a slight problem with my new computer .... I have windows vista. I did have XP and I am trying to get my alibi webcam to install.... it says that I have the drivers installed but cant get the software to install from the disk. How can I install it? I have tried to go to the website but its not what I expected. I am sooo confused. If anyone knows please let me know as I am lost as to what to do with this cam. I use it for my family to see my kids and would really like to get it working. Thanks

I too have just gone vista (with new pc) and it does not recognise my not very old webcam (Logitech). I went to the home site for drivers to find my cam is not there!!

If you have Windows Live Messenger try tools--webcam settings and see if it recognises the camera there.
