Default why do I have a shield on my desktop icon?
I have a windows "shield" on the desktop icon for my digital audio card's program that should automatically start on start up. Instead I have to start it up manually and "allow" it to start. My question is "how do I get the computer to accept this program as a non threatening one so it will start up normally?" and get rid of the shield thingy.

Default Re: why do I have a shield on my desktop icon?
oh, yeah, it is a EMU 1212m digital audio system and I just installed the beta Vista driver over top of the disks driver, but the shield has always been there. I have Vista Home Premium 32 bit, 2.13ghz core 2 duo, 4 gig of ddr2 ram, and SATA hdd. Thank You for the help.
