Reloaded machine which is a Hewlett Packard with a "D" partition, XP insists on loading itrself into D which is too small.
Any simple (cheap) solutions to removing D or making the partition bigger.

Hi,
Ideally i would reinstall and wipe the partitions and during install format your whole drive, but i guess your looking to avoid that, so you would need some partitioning software, im sure you have heard of partition magic, you can get a trial version here http://www.soft32.com/download_151.html
i have used this and it worked fine for me, there are loads of shareware stuff that does the same thing, although i have never used it.
make sure you back up anything you need as if anything goes wrong using partition software it will lose all your data
thanks
