Thread: getting back system restore from pc recovery box

I am a very new computer user -long story but I eventually lost system restore on control panel when i open it up the box is blank. I eventually found missing pages in 'system recovery' but do not know how to get them back or where to move them I am very wary in case i lose restore altogether. can anyone help me using VERY simple terms in system recovery i click on misssing page and them if i right click mouse it asks if i want to move to dvd-cd hard drive, zipped folders etc How can I do this grateful for any help

Hi, ok im sure we can help you out, i would just like to clear up a couple of things some im clear what the problem is.

you said "I eventually lost system restore on control panel when i open it up the box is blank.", do yo mean when you when you click the sequence start>settings>control panel>system>system restore you get nothing in the system restore box?

And "I eventually found missing pages in 'system recovery'", im not sure what you mean by this, could you try and explain in more detail.
