Thread: No modem

    Question No modem

    Hi, just replaced my HDD with 3.2GB IDE. Have reloaded original XP installation disc service pack 1. Loaded Sky cd for broadband. Pc cant find any modem and will not show a LAN connection. Am I missing something?

    If your original HD was ok, it would have been easier to to a "Drive to Drive" transfer with "DriveImage xml.

    However ... do you have the instructions for intalling the Sky service?

    Some ISPs tell you to load the software before plugging in the modem.
