Have you got any more details ???
Like, is there an error, does the file actually download??
If you say what you actually do, and what actually happens, people can help..

Things to check;
1. Check you havent had a pop-up, because you're browser may be blocking it.
2. If you actually download the attachment, save to Desktop, where you can easily find the file.

Provide some more info, and i could help, but i don't know exactly what happens.
