    Default shut down to stretch....?

    hi
i have a neck & back problem that isn't helped by a)being a sheep farmer & b) doing a far bit of computer work. my physio has told me of a way of setting up my pc or getting some sort of software which can set the pc to hibernate every 30...40..etc minutes so that you can't use it for a minute or 2 (ensuring that everything is saved & safe, & you then leave your desk to stretch or get a cuppa etc....any ideas folks
    cheers

Normally my wife starts ranting and raving after I`m on the computer for more than 30 minutes ... so I don`t have your problem

Check this website about switching of the computer after a certain time.
