Default application error - could not create entry
my friend can't access the internet because everytime he clicks on his sppedtouch icon on his desktop he gets a applicationerror message saying "could not create entry". any iodea what this means and how to fix it

First thing to try would be to Re-install the speedtouch modem from the CD, and make sure theres no errors during the installation, and if the problem carrys on, then tell your friend to phone the ISP up and ask them, they may send him a new modem or tell him how to fix this.[I guess hes on tiscali, they sent me a crappy speedtouch and had millions of problems, so i changed lol !]
Re-Installing should fix the problem though.
