Exclamation harddrive problems
We have an old dell xpsmi66s which we have tried to install a new hard drive on we where successful but it would only format the drive fat32 I want to format in NTFS but they setup fails

Are you trying to format it as a second drive or boot drive? What size and make is the drive?
